WHAT'S INVOLVED?​ For those just starting on the journey. The Breseden Start-Up Package includes an in-depth 90 min consultation to complete your assessment forms and organise your blood tests. In this consultation we will explore all aspects of your life practical, physical, emotional and psychological, past and present.​ This is followed by a 60 min session to explain my analysis of the test results and your next steps.

I am a certified ReCODE practitioner based in the UK and trained in the Bredesen protocol providing consultations and bloodwork to get you started with protocol. I have a background in medicine as a trained Doctor specialising in Sports and Musculoskeletal Medicine.
I am also a training personal coach, mentor, medical hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner, providing a holistic approach to tackling stress and loss of confidence.

Lindsey Byrne is a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coach, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and a member of the UK Health Coaching Association.
Lindsey is passionate about helping people with cognitive health after helping her mother with reversal of Alzheimer's symptoms and also eliminating her own brain fog experienced during peri-menopause.
Lindsey recognises that everyone is unique; a “one-size-fits-all” approach will not work. Indeed, everyone has a good understanding of their own body, what works for them and what does not.
